What is a Virtual Assistant & what are the benefits of hiring one?

Virtual Assistants are professionals who supply office support and services without actually being physically present. They use internet, fax and phone and since much of their work is done online, they can work locally or globally.

Rates

Your Virtual Assistant charges $35.00 per hour + GST. If a job only takes 10 minutes you will only be charged for 10 minutes. There is no rounding up to the nearest 1/4 hour and no minimum charge.

Where materials are required for your project, (folders, laminate, postage, memory sticks etc), you will be quoted and invoiced at the end of the month.

Payment Options

Approved and/or repeat clients will be invoiced at the end of the month, with payment required by the 20th of the month following invoicing. Cash clients will be invoiced at the end of the project and payment is required within 7 days of invoicing. Payment options are as follows:
